Senior Manager, Payment Integrity

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Oversee internal and external cost recovery and cost containment initiatives for health plans.
• Manage vendor performance, recovery categories, annual budgets, and projected savings targets.
• Partner with health plans and national vendors to identify and reduce costs.
• Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to increase recovery and cost avoidance.
• Present trends, opportunities, action plans, and reporting packages to senior management.
• Support health plans in understanding cost recovery rules, regulations, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with cost recovery, cost containment, or vendor performance management.
• Ability to monitor processes, evaluate savings opportunities, and prepare management reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with government program auditing and compliance monitoring programs.
• Project management experience.
