Senior Client Finance Analyst

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $83,000–$105,000 USD per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support monthly project accounting, status meetings, financial trackers, and month-end close activities.
• Review and reconcile projects, change orders, budgets, milestones, revenue types, and intercompany transactions.
• Set up new clients, employees, billable rates, contracts, rebates, and discounts in accounting systems.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budget comparisons, client accruals, approved invoicing, and contract-based billing waterfalls.
• Analyze project hours, expenses, costs, subcontractor activity, and revenue recognition for compliance with client contracts.
• Support annual budgeting, audits, policy improvements, and development of junior finance staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information with attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
