Manager, Physician Compensation

Location: Remote; supports national U.S. radiology practices

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own accurate and timely physician compensation calculations for national remote radiology practices.
• Translate complex business questions and compensation models into structured analyses for operations, finance, and data stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies in data, calculations, and processes, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrence.
• Lead workflows for intercompany billing and settlement, ensuring financial accuracy across practices.
• Develop tools, improve reporting, and help build scalable compensation processes and team structures.
• Provide performance management guidance, coaching, counseling, and career development for direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, operations, or healthcare services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to precision, transparency, and auditability.
• Experience collaborating across operations, finance, and data teams.
