Manager, Accounting

Location: Hybrid in Stamford, Connecticut, United States, with at least two on-site days per week, currently Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional on-site attendance may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $113,000–$146,300 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Own complex accounting operations across the general ledger.
• Execute and support the month-end financial close process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure financial records comply with US GAAP and internal control standards.
• Apply independent judgment to varied accounting scenarios with minimal supervision.
• Partner with the VP, Accounting & Controlling on day-to-day accounting and close activities.

Requirements

• Extensive accounting experience across a wide range of accounting scenarios.
• Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and take full ownership of functional areas.
• Experience with general ledger operations, financial close, and reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control standards.
• Availability to work on-site at least two days per week in Stamford, Connecticut.
