Finance Transformation Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic Finance projects involving process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define requirements, and design practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies, analytics, and innovative approaches to improve Finance capabilities.
• Drive initiatives from planning through implementation, including coordination, issue resolution, progress monitoring, and executive reporting.
• Support Finance portfolio management through prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, budget tracking, reporting, and value measurement.
• Develop executive communications and support change management, training, capability building, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in strategy, transformation, process improvement, solution design, project management, consulting, portfolio management, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to assess business challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Experience with portfolio governance, prioritization, project reporting, budget management, or value realization.
• Experience with process design methodologies, automation technologies, analytics, and emerging technology capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another complex regulated industry.
