  • Proficiency with simulation or analysis tools for evaluating system performance, power dynamics, or similar engineering tradeoffs.
  • Proficiency with AI tools applied to engineering or analysis workflows.
  • Strong customer-facing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to mixed audiences.
  • The role involves access to U.S. export-controlled information; applicants must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

  • Experience with aerospace facilities, space planning procedures, and operations.
  • Experience creating or updating RFPs, purchase orders, and facilities work orders in ERP software.
  • Ability to read basic floor plans and make independent judgments with limited information.
  • Experience balancing multiple projects in high-stress environments with changing priorities.

Culture & Benefits

  • Paid time off, paid parental leave, disability insurance, and life insurance.
  • Access to a 401(k) retirement plan, ClassPass credits, personalized mental healthcare, and other discounts.
