Service Delivery Manager (Managed Services)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations

Salary: USD 170,000–220,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of managed services and coordinate hirify.global teams within a defined discipline or service area.
• Establish and achieve service outcomes, SLOs, SLAs, KPIs, and other operational performance targets.
• Manage complex customer engagements, implementation planning, delivery resources, and profitability targets.
• Support data migrations and storage platform deployments across multi-vendor storage technologies.
• Lead high-severity incident management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and post-incident reporting.
• Lead customer service reviews and provide dashboards, status reports, presentations, and communications to executive and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering large storage, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of storage, cloud, and data management.
• Experience applying program and project management techniques; PMP is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Deep ITIL knowledge for outsourced managed services.
