Delivery Manager (Google Workspace)

Location: Remote, United States; travel to client sites may be required as needed.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial client communication through completion.
• Gather client requirements and communicate them to technical teams.
• Manage project scope, finances, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support effective project execution.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and provide weekly financial and functional updates.
• Safeguard technical feasibility and support Google Workspace migration, security, and optimization projects.

Requirements

• Relevant education or experience in computer science, engineering, or technical project management.
• Experience managing infrastructure or application software migration projects, preferably involving Google Workspace or O365.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and web development.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to C-level executives.
• Agile project management knowledge, initiative, problem-solving ability, and the ability to remain calm in high-stakes situations.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification and advanced knowledge.
• In-depth technical or project management experience with Google Workspace.
