Associate Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; travel to client sites may be required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage small-to-medium projects or workstreams within larger enterprise programs from initiation through completion using Agile principles.
• Coordinate daily operations for cross-functional cloud, data, AI, and application development teams.
• Lead daily standups, Scrum ceremonies, project status meetings, retrospectives, and health reporting.
• Coordinate between clients and technical teams by documenting requirements, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support issue resolution and escalate client concerns or delivery risks to senior management when needed.
• Track project scope, schedules, financials, margin performance, burn, profitability, and project management systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, Scrum mastering, or technology implementation support.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; CSM or PSM certification is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, or Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of software development and cloud technologies; Google Cloud Platform familiarity is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
