Location: Primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $138,000–$207,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

  • Own global inventory reconciliations across contract manufacturing locations and resolve transactional breaks.
  • Support month-end close activities and deliver accurate standard cost and variance forecasts.
  • Analyze BOM revisions, NPI launches, and EOL transitions to quantify financial risks and reduce excess and obsolete inventory exposure.
  • Build inventory and reserve models using demand forecasts, supply commitments, and lead-time variables.
  • Evaluate purchase commitments and material substitutions with Commodity Management and external manufacturing partners.
  • Standardize inventory KPI reporting to improve visibility and protect margins.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of inventory valuation, cost accounting, balance-sheet reconciliation, and transactional root-cause analysis.
  • Experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing supply chains.
  • Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills using Excel.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, and business intelligence systems.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, communication, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office in compliance with company policies.
