Senior Financial Analyst (Data Center Finance)

Location: New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Sunnyvale, CA; Livingston, NJ; or Bellevue, WA. U.S. person status or eligibility to access export-controlled information is required.

Base salary: $108,000–$143,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead operating expense planning and forecasting for leases, power, equipment financing, and other data center costs.
• Build and maintain forecasts for the global power footprint and align deployment timing with capacity plans.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting reviews and variance analyses.
• Develop dashboards, financial reports, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support long-range planning, scenario modeling, and strategic capacity decisions.
• Partner with Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Power & Sustainability, Real Estate, and Sales on cost optimization and automated reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience building large, complex financial or operational models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and presenting reports to senior management.
• Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience translating operational inputs into financial models, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Knowledge of data center finance, energy markets, leasing structures, or cost optimization.
• Familiarity with facilities engineering, critical-facility operations, and MEP infrastructure cost drivers.
• Experience with NetSuite or automating recurring modeling and reporting processes.
