Sr. Manager, Service Finance (Semiconductor)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangements may include in-office and remote work depending on role and business needs

Base salary: $148,351.35–$200,710.65 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for the Service function.
• Own service gross margin performance, analyze revenue, cost, and mix drivers, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide variance analysis, financial narratives, and actionable recommendations to Service leadership.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, investments, productivity improvements, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking.
• Improve financial processes, controls, reporting tools, and data accessibility in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, financial, and operational analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Excel and data tools such as ERP and planning systems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, communicate at the executive level, and connect financial results to operational drivers.
• Hybrid work is based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, with specific in-office expectations determined during the interview process.
