Finance Manager, Procurement (Supply Chain Finance)

Salary: $126,244–$209,070 per year

What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Global Procurement leadership on sourcing, supplier, and spend decisions.
• Provide financial analysis for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Partner with Procurement to optimize purchasing processes, manage vendor spend, and deliver cost savings.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and spend analytics covering savings, compliance, and budget adherence.
• Lead financial support for annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range planning, including scenario modeling.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for contracts, negotiations, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 or more years in a finance manager or lead role.
• Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations organizations.
• Expertise in direct and indirect spend analysis, cost drivers, and savings validation.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP-based financial systems such as Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/CMA certification.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, or cost transformation programs.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• People leadership experience and a record of developing high-performing teams.
