What you will do
- Conduct footwear fit and wear evaluations with testers against Fit, Feel, and Ride criteria.
- Recruit and administer an Asia-based tester pool, selecting representative participants for each product evaluation.
- Maintain tester profiles, product assignments, ratings, test results, and survey completion data in the wear test database.
- Schedule tests, coordinate product handoffs and distribution across Asia, and retrieve samples and feedback on time.
- Collect surveys through Qualtrics and prepare summarized test reports for leadership Go/No-Go reviews.
- Coordinate with product development, sourcing, commercialization, quality, and product line management teams to validate product objectives and seasonal deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product testing, product development, quality assurance, running retail, or a related field.
- Strong passion for running, sports performance, footwear evaluation, and understanding runner needs.
- Excellent written and verbal English and required Vietnamese proficiency.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; database management experience is beneficial.

- Knowledge of Chinese.
