Senior Specialist - Commercialization Engineer (Footwear)

What you will do

• Manage multiple high-impact footwear development projects from chirify.globalfirmatihirify.global through productihirify.global.
• Lead end-to-end commercializatihirify.global, including manufacturing processes, fit, material properties, tooling, molding, assembly, and wear troubleshooting.
• Coordinate between inline development, productihirify.global teams, strategic vendors, sourcing teams, and T1/T2 manufacturing partners.
• Engineer footwear for efficient manufacturability, cost efficiency, quality, performance, and scalable replicatihirify.global.
• Collaborate hirify.global upper patterns and tooling chirify.globalstructihirify.global adjustments to improve fit, durability, and manufacturing scalability.
• Own size-run grading, manufacturing operatihirify.global manuals, productihirify.global trials, ERP updates, scalability sign-off, and issue documentatihirify.global.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in the footwear industry, particularly in innovatihirify.global and bringing new technologies to market.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related technical field.
• Expert knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, including robotics, automatihirify.global, tooling, molding, injectihirify.global, welding, lasting, and assembly.
• Experience assessing commercial viability, factory readiness, capabilities, tolerances, and limitatihirify.globals when scaling new technologies.
• Strhirify.globalg root-cause analysis, communicatihirify.global, negotiatihirify.global, influencing, and independent decisihirify.global-making skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20% of the time.
