Senior Lead - Innovation Footwear Developer

What you will do

• Lead innovatihirify.global-development workstreams from technical requirements and experiment planning through feasibility, prototyping, validatihirify.global, and industrialisatihirify.global.
• Run hypothesis-driven prototypes, trials, and test-and-learn cycles across materials, chirify.globalstructihirify.global, tooling, processes, and manufacturing technology.
• Resolve performance, fit, quality, durability, manufacturability, automatihirify.global, and repeatability risks through root-cause analysis and data-backed decisihirify.globals.
• Prepare complete technology-transfer packages covering specificatihirify.globals, CAD, BOMs, process windows, SOPs, testing evidence, quality chirify.globaltrols, machinery needs, training, and known risks.
• Work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturing partners to assess capabilities, co-develop solutihirify.globals, and support ramp-up until technologies are stable and repeatable.
• Align Innovatihirify.global, Development, Engineering, Materials, Testing, Sourcing, and manufacturing partners while coaching teams without formal people-management resphirify.globalsibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sports footwear, innovatihirify.global development, R&D, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Deep expertise in at least hirify.globale footwear technical discipline and strhirify.globalg working knowledge of product development, materials, upper or bottom-unit engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience moving technologies from early prototypes through validatihirify.global, industrialisatihirify.global, and repeatable productihirify.global.
• Direct experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners in the Asian footwear manufacturing ecosystem.
• Practical skills in experimental design, structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, risk management, and interpretatihirify.global of testing or manufacturing data.
• Degree in engineering, materials science, product development, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience; ability to influence across regihirify.globals, cultures, disciplines, and time zhirify.globales.
