TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Brownsburg, Indiana, United States; limited travel of 10–15%; regular on-site support during first-shift hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $86,500–$126,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives across the Brownsburg distribution center.
  • Create and maintain the operational continuous improvement roadmap and lead the CI steering committee.
  • Develop and execute Lean Six Sigma strategies aligned with safety, quality, service, revenue, cost, and employee-development goals.
  • Analyze structured data to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, root causes, and process inefficiencies.
  • Build data-driven business cases, quantify financial benefits, and benchmark process effectiveness against industry best practices.
  • Coach and train managers, staff, and associates while partnering with operations, engineering, inventory control, IT, transportation, and safety teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–5 years applying Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement practices.
  • Understanding of P&L, overhead, and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and provide prior direct leadership.
  • Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • 5–10 years of operations management or industrial engineering experience.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Labor Management Systems.
  • Power BI, Excel, and SQL experience.
  • Direct team leadership experience, a graduate degree or MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
