Manager, Continuous Improvement (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, OR, United States; full-time on-site role with regular visits to manufacturing areas

Salary: $111,348–$167,023 per year

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve process reliability, reduce waste, increase productivity, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate improvement events, performance dialogues, hands-on training, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations leadership to identify opportunities, create action plans, and sustain performance gains.
• Conduct on-site observations, identify non-standard conditions, recommend corrective actions, and support operational problem-solving.
• Develop and maintain standardized work, operating procedures, performance measures, reports, and presentations on operational trends and cost savings.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate direct reports while benchmarking and applying relevant industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to analyze operational data, facilitate improvement activities, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to regularly stand and walk in manufacturing areas, occasionally lift up to 20 lbs., use required PPE, and follow all safety policies for this safety-sensitive position.
