Distribution Manager (Industrial Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily product deliveries to customers and filling centers while balancing cost, product availability, vehicles, drivers, and transportation regulations.
• Provide transport drivers with planned routes, including loading and unloading points, and coordinate bulk distribution and export activities.
• Facilitate sales transactions, monitor shipping volumes, coordinate product supply, and communicate supply planning with customers.
• Oversee inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demand and supply risks, support orders, and analyze consumption and forecast accuracy.
• Optimize routes, delivery frequencies, vehicle efficiency, distribution costs, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and supply chain improvement projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of industrial experience in operations or maintenance management.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to work with inventory, ERP transactions, logistics planning, transportation compliance, and operational data analysis.
