Logistics Distribution Scheduler (Industrial Gases)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work model; night shift with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

What you will do

• Coordinate and optimize delivery routes for a fleet of CDL Class A and Hazmat drivers.
• Use advanced IT systems to minimize logistics costs and maximize operational efficiency.
• Respond to real-time supply chain changes and maintain smooth 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with customer service, engineering, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships to support reliable service.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills for fast-paced operational decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is preferred.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
