Distribution Center Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at the Franklin, NH distribution facility, United States. Second shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with overtime at the end of the shift when necessary. Limited travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Supervise and organize daily receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations for a team of 20 or more warehouse employees.
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, and safety.
• Own short-term operational performance, including productivity, inventory accuracy, safety metrics, and service levels.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, staffing plans, schedules, and material-handling methods.
• Oversee cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, corrective actions, and inventory-control compliance.
• Lead process, layout, and system improvements while preparing operational and productivity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field plus 7+ years of progressive experience, including leadership accountability; alternatively, 10+ years of relevant progressive experience with leadership accountability.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to consistently and fairly apply policies, procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and address employee concerns professionally.
• Ability to work on-site at the Franklin, NH facility on the assigned second shift.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising employees in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, including Warehouse Management transactions, reporting, and inventory controls.
• Experience applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.
