Sr. Distribution Manager, Distribution Center

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States; full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $115,100–$185,600 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Maintain safety, quality, compliance, and certification standards across the distribution network.
• Design strategic distribution plans aligned with supply-chain objectives and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Drive lean transformation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across distribution facilities.
• Manage facility transitions, including location moves and managerial changes.
• Build strategic partnerships with key customers and maintain alignment between operations and customer needs.
• Lead, develop, evaluate, and retain high-performing distribution teams through transparent communication and performance-management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Black Belt certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Manhattan PKMS or WM I-series.
• Ability to manage distribution-network safety, budgets, quality, compliance, and team performance.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Big-box retail experience.
• Experience managing a distribution operation of equivalent size.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
