Senior People Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic people partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Own performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning cycles.
• Lead complex employee relations and workforce matters while managing employment-law and business risks.
• Shape hiring, development, engagement, and retention strategies using people data and insights.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and support organizational change.
• Improve people processes and HR systems to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR or People Partnering roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-growing or complex organizations.
• Experience owning end-to-end performance, promotion, talent review, and succession planning cycles.
• Strong capability handling complex employee relations matters, employment legislation, and risk management.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders in global or regional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced HR qualifications or certifications such as CIPD or SHRM.
• Experience in high-growth technology or fintech organizations.
• Analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience using HR systems and people data to improve processes.
