Manager, Policy and Procedures (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; up to 10% domestic travel.

Base pay: $102,000–$177,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of global accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor FASB, SEC, and other regulatory developments and support implementation of new accounting and reporting standards.
• Partner with Consolidations, FP&A, Audit, Finance leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent policy application.
• Support internal and external audits with policy interpretations, documentation, and technical accounting guidance.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes and documentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and provide training to finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or equivalent professional certification in good standing.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance, including policy or technical accounting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• English proficiency required. Ability to prepare technical accounting memorandums and communicate complex accounting concepts clearly.
