Line Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct, coach, and motivate production-line team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Conduct daily meetings covering safety, lean practices, production results, policies, benefits, and engagement activities.
• Communicate job expectations, complete performance evaluations, and train new hires on equipment operation and product flow.
• Investigate interpersonal conflicts and complaints, consulting with Group Leaders, HR, and management as needed.
• Ensure team members have the tools and materials needed to complete their duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean, ethical, and non-discriminatory work environment.

Requirements

• No education or prior experience is required.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, initiative, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and motivational skills.
• Ability to supervise team members and keep production activities aligned with the daily schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders; may need to lift or move items over 50 pounds.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, quality assurance, or Lean 5S experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
