Team Leader Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho, USA — plant-based onsite role. Must be able to work weekends and shift schedules, including swing and graveyard shifts.

Annual compensation: $71,410–$107,110.

What you will do

• Lead production staff in achieving safety, food safety, quality, and production goals.
• Identify and resolve problems or bottlenecks in plant production processes.
• Provide materials, equipment, and human resources needed to maintain production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Oversee business functions and foster an engaged, team-oriented production workforce.
• Teach and develop production employees while supporting the plant’s safety and wellness culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or three years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports, communicate effectively with employees and groups, and apply practical reasoning to operational problems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, climb, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Availability for weekends and rotating swing or graveyard shifts is required.
