Line Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Gainesville, Georgia, United States; onsite production/manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Lead and motivate production-line staff while maintaining quality, cost, accuracy, and speed targets.
• Arrange daily activities to support smooth workflow, quality production, and timely delivery.
• Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes, machinery, work layouts, and standard work practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Project staffing needs and support inventory, packaging, shipping and receiving, and facility maintenance.
• Mentor line staff, facilitate problem solving, and support safety and training programs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience and people leadership experience.
• Strong leadership capability.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge, including 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Understanding of technical drawings and general computer skills, including email and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a production environment, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. and prolonged walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
