Salary: $140,000–$192,500 per year

What you will do

• Optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining workflows and implementing automation.
• Partner with HRIT and technical teams to enhance compensation systems, integrations, data management, and reporting.
• Design, implement, and support technology-enabled Global Rewards solutions covering salary benchmarking, market competitiveness, internal equity, and compensation planning.
• Analyze compensation data and processes to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Advise internal stakeholders, partner organizations, HRIT, and the Global Rewards team on compensation programs and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Global Rewards experience, preferably in an international, high-tech, or semiconductor environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Knowledge of global compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, plus experience with data visualization tools and database management.
• Experience with Workday and Radford is preferred.
