Director, Compensation Programs

Base salary: $89,900–$169,900 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, administer, and transform global base, incentive, recognition, and compensation programs.
• Manage the global career framework to support employee career enablement and workforce planning.
• Use complex analytics and predictive modeling to develop strategic compensation recommendations.
• Design and oversee annual compensation reviews and incentive programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, People Delivery, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a collaborative compensation team while supporting automated processes and workforce dashboards.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience developing and managing global compensation programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation desired.
• Ability to translate global business strategies into actionable compensation programs and solutions.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, influencing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships at all organizational levels and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Excel, PowerPoint, and external vendor compensation solutions.
