Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Scheduler, ANS

Location: Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico — hybrid. Current residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate there is preferred.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update integrated schedules for industrial infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop S-curves and track physical and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, supplier, QA/QC, field supervision, and PMO teams to capture progress and schedule deviations.
• Manage critical paths, project risks, bottlenecks, delays, contractual milestones, and billing-related dates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports in Spanish and English and present schedule status, risks, deviations, and corrective actions to clients and management.
• Lead schedule recovery plans and apply LEAN Construction, Scrum, Agile, or PMP principles to improve project execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of scheduling experience on industrial projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial infrastructure, construction, energy, or similarly complex project environments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required for documentation and executive reporting.
• Experience managing schedules, critical paths, risks, competing priorities, executive communications, problem-solving, and results-focused decisions in high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or formal Scrum or Agile training.
• LEAN Construction experience.
• Experience with CFE projects or medium- and high-voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Strong executive presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Current residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate there.
