Project Executive

Location: Austin, United States; regular movement and work on construction job sites required.

What you will do

• Lead complex vertical projects valued at $150M+ in aggregate, multiple projects, or integrated projects.
• Supervise and develop project teams while establishing operational priorities and work methods.
• Manage project financials, cost control, schedules, quality, safety, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare financial plans, status reports, safety plans, risk mitigation plans, schedules, and KPI reviews.
• Lead business development, project pursuits, RFQ/RFP responses, and client interviews.
• Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams through RFQ/RFP responses and client interview processes.
• Experience leading preconstruction, including estimates, GMP proposals, general conditions, general requirements, constructability reviews, and target value control.
• Ability to develop phasing plans and project schedules and understand the impact of pre-project planning on delivery.
• Strong client development, relationship management, communication, collaboration, time management, and leadership skills.
