Scheduler (Construction)

Location: Fort Worth, United States; primarily supporting projects in the Atlanta region, with regular job-site visits and occasional travel or colocation.

What you will do

• Provide and oversee scheduling for construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules and job progress.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to develop baseline schedules.
• Visit job sites and meet with stakeholders to maintain an accurate understanding of project status.
• Support project risk mitigation analysis and adapt schedules when project conditions change.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of field experience.
• 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with P6.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to regularly visit job sites and carry plans or boxes weighing more than 10 pounds.
