TL;DR
Regional EHS Supervisor (Manufacturing): Leading EHS compliance and improvement programs across multiple Mexico manufacturing locations with an accent on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, incident management, and ISO 14001/45001 conformance. Focus on auditing sites, developing corrective actions, coaching EHS and operational teams, and analyzing regional performance metrics.
Location: Ciudad Juarez, Mexico; extensive travel throughout Mexico is required.

What you will do
- Lead the implementation and execution of EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations in Mexico.
- Partner with operational leaders to integrate EHS processes, employee participation, accountability, and safety leadership into daily work.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, including NOMs and labor regulations.
- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 conformance, audit preparation, site assessments, and corrective action planning.
- Govern investigations of injuries, near misses, property damage, and environmental incidents, including IMSS case management protocols.
- Develop EHS team capabilities, coach operational leaders, and track regional scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience and strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
- Skills in safety leadership, risk assessment, hazard control, incident investigation, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Mexico.

- Professional certifications in safety, health, environmental, or risk management.
- Experience in telecommunications, engineering, construction, field services, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
