Vice President, Supply Chain Planning

What you will do

• Own and mature the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP process, aligning Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain on a unified monthly plan.
• Lead demand planning, supply network planning, capacity planning, and inventory strategy across contract manufacturers, fulfillment partners, and component suppliers.
• Develop supply chain governance, decision rights, operating models, and capabilities to improve resilience and working capital efficiency.
• Build supply-risk sensing and response for component shortages, allocation issues, geopolitical disruption, and export-control risks.
• Own planning systems strategy and advanced analytics, including AI-enabled demand sensing, forecasting, and scenario simulation.
• Build and lead a global planning organization and represent Supply Chain in executive, quarterly business, guidance, and board-level risk discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in senior planning leadership roles.
• Experience in complex, high-mix technology hardware environments and outsourced manufacturing supply chains.
• Deep expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP governance, and network and capacity planning.
• Strong experience with planning systems, data-driven decision-making, and analytics-led operations.
• Experience presenting to C-suite audiences.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification.
