Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze demand and supply trends using customer forecasts, historical sales, purchasing activity, and inventory receipts.
• Develop inventory models and optimize stock levels for raw materials and finished goods in partnership with Production and Purchasing.
• Design and execute ABC-based cycle count strategies, reconcile results, and support periodic physical inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory performance, investigate variances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Validate customer forecasts against actual sales and recommend system adjustments to improve forecast accuracy.
• Create inventory metrics, dashboards, and reports while supporting continuous improvement and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably CMS or a comparable platform.
• Strong data management, data entry, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other reporting or analytics platforms to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with Production, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
