Staff NPI Global Supply Planner (AI Hardware)

Location: Hybrid, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Own end-to-end materials and production planning for NPI ramps and steady-state builds across silicon, substrates, PCBAs, and mechanical and electrical components.
• Translate engineering release schedules, program plans, and production forecasts into rolling supply and capacity requirements for contract manufacturers.
• Partner with PLM and Engineering on ECO, ECN, and BOM changes, ensuring accurate part-number transitions and current planning data.
• Maintain accurate ERP and PLM system-of-record data and build dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility.
• Identify supply, forecast, lead-time, and single-source risks; run Clear-to-Build meetings and drive cross-functional mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Experience in NPI planning within semiconductor, AI hardware, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, engineering change processes, ERP and PLM systems, and system-of-record data.
• Ability to turn engineering and program ambiguity into clear, executable supply and production plans.
• Ability to align Engineering, Operations, Planning, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
