Location: Montreal, Canada; hybrid arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Domestic and international travel between manufacturing sites may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and execute the global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
• Create, maintain, and govern the Global Master Schedule across manufacturing locations.
• Lead capacity planning, scenario analysis, and demand-and-supply balancing across short- and long-term horizons.
• Integrate engineering requirements, tooling, routings, labor needs, and materials availability into capacity plans for new product introductions.
• Evaluate capacity constraints and provide recommendations on capital investment, outsourcing, schedule trade-offs, and delivery-risk mitigation.
• Develop executive-level reporting and KPIs covering capacity utilization, delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and schedule stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in SIOP, master scheduling, or global supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading global and multi-site SIOP processes.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, master scheduling, demand-and-supply balancing, and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; INFOR Syteline, CSI, D365, or comparable systems are preferred.
• Strong communication, influence, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to work at manufacturing sites as required.
