2nd/3rd Shift Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technicians (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartford, Wisconsin, United States; onsite 2nd or 3rd shift

Salary: Mechanical Maintenance Technician $33.00–$38.00 per hour; Electrical Maintenance Technician $38.00–$46.00 per hour

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and urgent equipment restoration.
• Install, modify, and fabricate machine components and replacement parts.
• Support equipment upgrades, machine installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform facility maintenance, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Manage maintenance work orders and inventory while coordinating parts procurement with vendors.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of motors and drives, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, control systems, electrical wiring, and control panels.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, grinders, saws, and drills.
• Ability to work safely onsite around production machinery and to work overtime, weekends, and additional hours as needed.
