Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Services (PMO)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; primarily office-based with occasional travel

What you will do

• Lead multiple strategic, high-impact projects supporting long-term business priorities.
• Drive margin, growth, and service improvements within the Turnkey Services product group.
• Lead cross-functional new business onboarding and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Define project scope, objectives, plans, resources, budgets, timelines, and delivery standards.
• Manage project risks, status reporting, documentation, lessons learned, and post-project checks.
• Contribute to the development of the PMO, business-led project processes, governance standards, and project team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project management and leadership experience.
• Experience within Turnkey Services.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and project management processes.
• Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with a detailed understanding of business processes and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
