HR Project Manager (HR PMO)

What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and status reports for HR initiatives.
• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions, project reviews, and communication among HR stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and follow up on action items through completion.
• Review HR processes, develop standardized templates and project management tools, and support adoption of consistent practices.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, communication materials, guides, and workshop or training logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, PMO, HR project management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Onsite work in Chandler, Arizona is required; remote work is not available.

• Experience in a consulting firm or project management office environment.
