Engineering Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Milwaukee Design Center, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States; onsite with travel of up to 25%

What you will do

• Lead complex engineering projects from kickoff through implementation and deployment.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans using project management best practices.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality and Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams.
• Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and financial impacts to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, change management, and cross-functional team alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring cost, quality, schedule, and PMO objectives are met.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in project management and operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Background in regulated industries; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, financial management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
