Base salary: $165,000–$190,000 per year; total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $178,000–$228,000.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing Workday Student Financials engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Manage large-scale Workday transformations, project timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional consulting teams.
• Design, implement, and optimize student financials solutions for higher education institutions.
• Align financial systems and processes with institutional goals and develop impactful reporting and analytics recommendations.
• Support adoption, executive presentations, training, post-implementation activities, and change management.
• Contribute to practice development, mentor staff, and support professional development across project-management and technical areas.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday Student Financials, including design, implementation, and optimization within a Tier 1 professional services firm.
• Current Workday Student and Student Financials certifications.
• Leadership experience with large-scale Workday transformations and the ability to manage senior university stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of higher education student financial operations, regulations, compliance requirements, academic structures, and organizational assessment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and macros, plus strong analytical and documentation abilities.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree, with functional expertise in HR and/or Financials processes and best practices.
