Managing Consultant (Workday Financials)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead Workday Financials workstreams across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and implementation outcomes.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business objectives and financial processes.
• Design, configure, and deliver business processes, reports, dashboards, validations, condition rules, and calculated fields.
• Support data conversion, integrations, testing, and adoption of new Workday release features.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to client presentations, proposals, and relationship management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management.
• Experience managing large-scale implementations, multiple clients, workstreams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Advanced Workday report writing, dashboard development, tenant configuration, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields.
• Understanding of financial systems and end-to-end cycles including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Customer-to-Cash.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage concurrent and short-duration projects.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Workday or Workday PRO certification.
