Luxury Fashion & Timepiece Manager - Jared Jewelers - Lincoln Plaza Shopping Center

Location: Jared Jewelers Shopping Center, Tacoma, Washington, United States

Base pay: $17.13–$24.20 per hour, plus commission on sales. Final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

hirify.global operates Jared Jewelers stores and provides jewelry and timepiece products with a focus on guest experience, training, and sales development.

What you will do

• Achieve store and individual sales goals while providing expert guidance on jewelry fashion merchandise and timepiece brands.
• Oversee sales performance, promotions, incentives, product launches, visual displays, and merchandising for assigned categories.
• Develop product expertise and train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures.
• Review weekly sales reporting and coordinate training plans with the management team to improve performance and guest experience.
• Serve as a vendor-partner contact and complete vendor training, e-learning, and incentive submissions.
• Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, guest issue resolution, and other management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed three of five performance standards, including sales.
• DCA certification and at least six months with the company or comparable experience with another company.
• Completion of the Minimum Training Requirements module and passing quiz.
• Ability to lead by example, train and develop team members, organize work, delegate, and follow up.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, decision-making, customer service, and supervisory skills.
• Regular attendance is required, including evenings, weekends, three nights per week, alternating Sundays, and special-event hours.
