Lead Supervisor I

Location: Chandler, Arizona, USA (Phoenix - Coach)

Base pay range: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individual team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, maintain accountability, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Support clienteling strategies, customer relationships, HR matters, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Demonstrated customer focus, communication, team-building, strategic agility, and drive for results.
