FP&A Manager

Location: Mississauga, Ontario; Richmond Hill, Ontario; or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 86,800–130,200 per year, depending on education, experience, skills, location, and internal and external market factors.

What you will do

• Consolidate, validate, monitor, and report OPEX and P&L performance by business unit.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare financial commentary.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual planning in partnership with business leaders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to recommend actions and support investment decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses, supporting financial models, metrics, reports, and benchmarks.
• Combine data from multiple systems and reporting tools and perform ad hoc analysis for business initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Excel, financial and ERP reporting, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience in process improvement and automation.
• Ability to work autonomously, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
