Manager, FP&A

What you will do

• Provide analytical support and decision insights to operational leaders.
• Own company-wide headcount tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan, rolling six-quarter forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Lead financial reviews, budget-to-actual feedback, cost management, and financial discipline.
• Represent Finance on cross-functional initiatives and own related financial modeling and analysis.
• Support sales and revenue forecasting, reporting, KPI analysis, and monthly business commentary.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical and reporting role.
• Expertise creating and updating complex three-statement, long-term financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and forecasting or budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable cloud-based CRM and analytics platforms.
• Strong financial acumen, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
