Senior FP&A Analyst (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core integrated three-statement and operating financial model, including accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, budgets, forecasts, and assumption controls.
• Develop acquisition valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models; evaluate targets, support due diligence, and integrate completed acquisitions into the consolidated model.
• Drive the financial substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Analyze financial and SaaS metric movements, identify operating drivers, pressure-test assumptions, and produce evidence-based recommendations including downside cases.
• Apply AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring financial workflows while retaining appropriate manual validation and financial judgment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models, accounting logic, SaaS revenue recognition, and cost treatment.
• Experience with bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, SaaS unit economics, and operating metrics.
• Knowledge of acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics.
• Deep understanding of business revenue drivers, cost structures, operating levers, and commercial performance.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, AI tooling, and automation capabilities for financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to work from London.
