Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Fully remote from Colombia

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles with department leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, revenue projections, and strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards and management reports that turn financial data into actionable leadership insights.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and revenue trends with cross-functional business partners.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, investment business cases, and special projects.
• Coordinate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
