Financial Planning Manager

Location: USA - Kennesaw, GA. Travel may be required globally, and applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $89,600–$157,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with the Tagetik CFO and global functional leaders on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with global teams while improving financial visibility, resource allocation, and accountability.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support cost discipline.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze results versus plan, explain variances, and drive improvements to planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial decision support.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying financial risks and opportunities and supporting cost discipline across functions.
• Ability to work across regions and manage multiple priorities in a global business environment.
