What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities for the North America CPM segment and partner with the leadership team.
• Execute month-end close, management reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and 3-year strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical tools for performance tracking.
• Analyze financial results vs. plan to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of budgeting and operational reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% within the U.S. and Europe.
• Strong proficiency in independent financial analysis and complex modeling.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of BIG 4 experience.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience working in a global environment.
